Vibrating hose for mud piping

Vibrator hose is often used between two piping systems or between the mud-pump discharge outlet and the high-pressure mud piping system. It is designed to dampen noise pollution and vibration, or used to compensate misalignment or thermal expansion.

Vibrating hoses are available in a variety of end fittings from NPT threads to flange connections. Four or six spiral cable reinforcement support most of working pressure. It should be handled well to avoid any kicking or crushing. Stainless steel armor is an external protective armor for the vibrator hose. It protects the hose from mechanical damage, cuts, ozone and degradation from other elements.
