Kelly Hose

Kelly hose or Kelly line connecting the standpipe to the swivel, is made of special NBR tube, two layers of spiral steel cables and abrasion-resistant cover.

Rotary Drilling Hose

Rotary drilling hose is used to convey drilling liquids from the top of mud standpipe to the rotary swivel. Operating pressure up to 4000psi.

Fireproof BOP Hose

BOP control line manufactured as API 16D has 1/4inch to 2inch bore size and 5000 psi operating pressure and free of flame temperature of 1300°F for 5 minutes.

Cement Hose

Cement hose/line is available for 10,000psi and 15,000psi from -4°F to +250°F. It is supplied with diverse end fittings for special applications.

Choke Line

Choke hose for oilfield applications is designed with multiple high tensile steel cable reinforcement and stainless steel armor to extend life expectancy.

Kill Line

Kill line is used to convey mud fluid from mud pump to the well. It has multiple steel cable spirals reinforcement to provide up to 15,000psi pressure.

Jumper Hose

Jumper hose is designed to carry mud fluid form mud-pump discharge outlet to standpipe manifold under high pressure 5000psi.

Vibrator Hose

Vibrator hose is used in piping systems to reduce noise pollution and absorb vibration. Meets API 7K specifications and equipped with various end fittings.

Mud Hose

Mud delivery hose for oilfield drilling rig is equipped with several API specified end fittings such as NPT thread and flange. Its working pressure can reach 7500psi.

Motion Compensator Hose (plain end)

Motion compensator hose is specially designed for stabilizing against vertical wave action. Working pressure is 3040 psi from 2”, 2 1/2” and 3”.

Decoking hose assembly

Decoking hoses are used to convey high pressure and warm water to unload solid coke in silo. Working pressure is 5000 psi or 7500 psi and built as API 7K.

Cementing & Circulating Hose Loop

Cementing & circulating hose loop consists of swivel joints and straight pipe, and handles various standard and acid fluids under 20000 PSI operating pressure.
